When you purchase off of the menu – you are paying for a ‘version.’ That means no rounds of revisions are included. If you’d like to see 2 different versions of something, you’re always welcome to purchase 2 deliverables from the menu. 

Menu items are delivered within 5 business days after they are ordered. You will be notified in advance if I am taking a vacation, sick, or if anything comes up making that delivery timeline impossible. (Including if an insane amount of copy is ordered in one day– based on Lucy discretion)

Onboarding includes a series of questionnaires and a 20-minute welcome strategy call. After this period, there are no more calls included with menu purchases.

With your membership, you also get access to The Copy Cocktail Lounge, which is a community with other successful women founders 

Blogs and consistent, strategic monthly nurture emails are not covered in this membership. These are priced separately on a retainer basis.

By signing up, you are allowing the entire My Write Hand Woman team to see your projects – assisting with various tasks like research, drafting, edits, proofreading, and outlining. 

Large projects, like a full website or a sales funnel are absolutely possible, but you will be asked to book a separate project. This also goes for any project in which revisions are important. 

You are always welcome to request new menu items. The only items that will not be written are captions. We are happy to point you in the direction of awesome social media managers. 

The cover charge and all copy orders are non-refundable. These prices can and may increase, but you will be given ample notice of at least 3 months.
