Our hefty discovery process includes a questionnaire and 30-minute strategy call with you. Then, behind the scenes– we’re stalking your brand to learn your voice, product, and differentiators. We also research your competitors and ideal buyers to ensure your copy is positioning you in the best spot, from day 1.

You are committing to spending $3000 on copywriting within 6 months. No retainer fees. Everything you pay, you get to use.
The Deliverables

All you have to do is email us what you’d like to order. We’re keeping track on our end, so no admin work or rigid process for you.

Most needs are, but when you need a quick spruce up, audit, review, or little blurb written– flex time is a founder’s best friend. I’ll use it for any needs that aren’t covered on the menu. I bill hourly at $500 an hour for flex time– and have been told I work terrifyingly fast, doing what’s been taking over a week in under 90 minutes.
I can also record audits using Flex Time, but anytime we hop on the phone and talk messaging strategy, that’s a consulting hour billed at $750 an hour.
*The only thing we do not do is write blogs, captions, and white papers. We can connect you with an agency that does.

The Usage-Based Payment System
It all begins with an idea.

100%. It costs a minimum of $3000 to be a part of The Club. But this is a minimum spend is on copy, not a subscription or membership fee to retain us on your team.
Why we love it: There’s no cost to be a part of The Club. Everything you’re paying is going toward something you’re getting.

A minimum spend means to be a part of The Club, you have to hit a certain spend within 6 months. If you do not spend $3000 within 6 months, it will expire.

As a member of the club, we will put an initial $3000 onto your tab to use when you order from The Menu. If you use it up before the 6 months are up, we offer a 5% copy on us bonus if you add another $3,000 to the tab.
Then, when you place an order, we’ll automatically debit the amount from your tab.

If you’re within your first 6 months, you can pay as you go. If 6 months have passed, you’ll have to add $3,000 to the tab to get back into The Club. If you’re still within your first 6 months or it’s been less than 6 months since your last top up, you get 5% copy on us whenever you put another $3,000 onto your tab.
If you make an ask with insufficient funds, our team will reach out and invoice you to put more into your account.

Yep! For any add (after the initial $3,000) that’s over $3,000 you get 5% copy on us to use on any Menu items. This is $150 free on a $3000 top up.

We do not offer refunds as a part of The Club, so all money added to the tab needs to go toward copy needs from The Menu or Flex Time.
Revisions
It all begins with an idea.

Yes, 1 round of revisions is included on every piece of copy. You have one week from delivery to request these.

By making comments on the Google Doc, then pinging me over email when they’re ready for us to revise. I’ll go in and make those revisions for you. You have a week to request revisions.

We’re available by email. You’re welcome to ask us questions about what you need if you’re trying to solve something, but aren’t sure which deliverables will get you there.

Yes, as a member of the club– you can always request time with Lucy for $750 an hour or $325 for a half hour. She can formulate offers, audit your website with you there, work with you on your verbal brand, define your differentiators, or come up with a sales strategy for you during these consulting hours.
