It all begins with an idea.

Smoky. Mysterious. Transformative.

Working on Elizabeth’s site, Elizabeth Rowan (elizabethrowanyoga.com) was a dream come true. Mostly because of her brilliant mind, compassionate nature, and incredible abilities, but also her vision made both me and Sam from Juno Creative Studio go WOAH

And all that deep, zesty, soul-connecting copy you’re reading. Done in a day. Even the poetry intro, because yep *hair flip* there’s a Shakespeare within me. 

When I asked Elizabeth how she felt about her day, this is what she wrote.


When I sat down to write my copy, I was spinning my wheels in creation mode, wasting time, feeling super overwhelmed, and hitting writing paralysis mode. Then my designer introduced me to Lucy. 

Hiring her was one of those rare gems where she got my vision, stepped into her genius, and saved me so much self-induced suffering time so I could stay in MY zone of genius. 

She is FIRE fast and wildly intuitive when it comes to whipping up words that perfectly express my vision and vibe. She wrote my whole website in a day, which is incredible, AND fueled the overall project with momentum and inspiration. IT WAS ALL CAPS FANTASTIC! 

Now, my website is GLORIOUS (she even wrote poetry - that I never knew I needed -  for the site!) and I didn’t have to sweat over the writing for weeks. I’m already seeing the increased traffic, interest, and inquiries.

Alisha’s Day

It all begins with an idea.

It was 6 AM for her in Australia. But she put her hair up in a bun, hopped on Zoom, and immediately gave me the scoop on her business goals.

If that’s not dedication and commitment, I don’t know what is.

When Alisha booked a VIP Writing Day for her social media business, The Social Impact...I was beyond excited. I low-key had been stalking her IG for weeks beforehand thinking ‘this girl is so cool!’

When she slid into my DMs and said ‘hey, let’s book a day’ we made it happen just 3 days later. She was on a tight timeline for her launch and I live for workin’ under pressure.

To put matters plainly, her business was flourishing on Instagram. She had an incredible community and content that was attracting thousands of eyes. Her website on the other hand-- this was the first time she was giving it the TLC it needed, ‘cause she was so used to converting people through the ‘gram.

She had a few rough outlines of what she wanted certain pages to convey, but we mostly started from scratch with her web pages. And guess how many we got done?

7 pages.

She left with full, ready-to-launch web copy and it was only 3 pm in Australia. Talk about a productive morning.

And before you say ‘WAIT, WRITE 7 PAGES FOR ME’ -- I feel the need to give some disclaimers. Alisha was an established business owner who was super clear on her messaging and what she wanted. We basically translated her successful ‘gram biz into a website. Her web pages were also pretty short and she asked for 0 edits (lemme just pat myself on the back real quick). 7 pages is not the norm, but it can happen.

After her day, Alisha gave me the sweetest video expressing how she felt about our time together. Then she booked another VIP Day with her business partner, Mon, for a new Reels course they were collabing on.

I looked through a lot of copywriters and you just had that *zing*. You weren’t boring and could clearly capture a creative tone of voice really well. Plus, you’re an absolute professional. Spencer’s Day

It all begins with an idea.

Do you ever think about how little you know about your home? Like you could probably rattle off the quadratic formula right now, but stumble if I asked you about the insulation in your house. What’s more important...parabolas or literal breathing?

Spencer started the Home Energy Academy for this exact reason. He wanted to educate people on how their homes use energy so they can save money, have a healthy family and help the environment.

I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous at the beginning ‘cause I freeze up like a deer in headlights whenever someone asks me technical questions about the mechanics of an AC unit.

But immediately I saw Spencer’s passion for making his knowledge accessible to the average homeowner. And by the average homeowner, I mean the person who bought the house and calls ‘the guy’ whenever there is a problem.

Together we focused on building his site around his signature course. It breaks down ways to save energy, understand your home and utilize solar energy. A self-proclaimed nerd, he loved the little bit of sass and humor in my copy and wanted that present throughout his site as well.

When kick-off time came, I hopped on a call with him and his web designer. We shared ideas and got crazy clear on what the next day would look like. We made a priorities list and a wishlist. And newsflash: got through both.

And before I tell you what got done, lemme share a few emails I got throughout the day as I was writing and sending him pages to review.

In the end, we completed his Home Page, About Page, Course Sales Page, FAQ Page, and a quick welcome sequence. I even had some time to recommend a few taglines. 

Since his website is still in progress, I can only show you the raw document today. I’m sure you’ll still get immersed into the world of home energy immediately ‘cause we made his brand tone fun.
